TENNIS PLAYERS 60
AND OVER
Are you tired of playing tennis against players 20 years younger than you? Or have you stopped playing and would like to join a fun league for players 60 and over? If so, come play in the Lake Norman USTA Super Senior League. This league is made up of players who will turn 60 or 70 by the end of 2008. The league offers doubles play for both men and women. . Matches consist of three courts of doubles and will be played one afternoon a week. Local winners get the opportunity to compete at the state level and winners at the state advance on to the sectional championship.
If you are interested in playing or forming your own team with a minimun of 6 players (maximun of 14), with the same NTRP level and sex, contact me. Use current compurank or new players may self rate. New captains please contact me by e-mail or phone before registering online beginning July 16. I will explain how to register your team and how your players can register themselves. Players pay fees by credit card online at time of registration. League fees are $18 per player/per team (includes $12 local league fees, $6 state head tax). Tennis Link fee will be added when registering on Tennis Link. If you cannot find a team or have any questions, please contact me.
