USTA ADULT LEAGUE UPDATES
Summer Leagues registration is OPEN NOW! There are (3) USTA Leagues for you to enjoy during the summer: Mixed, Tri-Level, and Summer Singles. Team registration for these leagues ends May 11; however, you may continue to add players to your roster until July 30. Visit the Captains’ Corner/Player Resource page for regulations. If you’re a player looking for a team, please fill out our Player Looking for Team Form.
JUNIOR PLAYER UPDATES
Registration for the Spring, 2024 JTT season is open NOW! The info has been updated on our LKN General Info page, our Parent/Captain Registration page, and our 10 & Under page. Please look over the pages and reach out to the JTT Coordinator with any questions. Is your child ready for tournament play? Check our Junior Tournaments page for upcoming tournaments in Lake Norman and the surrounding areas to keep your tennis skills sharp.
BEGINNER TENNIS PROGRAMS – TRY TENNIS (Adult & Junior) & RALLY ROOKIES (Adults)
Try Tennis is the USTA’s beginner program for adults and juniors who want to learn how to play tennis. New sessions are added regularly. Rally Rookies is LNTA’s new offering for Adult Beginners who have completed Try Tennis instruction and can rally back & forth in live play action. Visit our Rally Rookies page here.
High School Senior Scholarships / Grants for Schools
Do you know a high school senior who plays tennis? Encourage them to apply for our LNTA Serves $2,500 College Scholarship. The deadline is April 15, 2024. Visit our Scholarship/Grants page for a complete listing of all the scholarship and grant opportunities offered by local organizations, the USTA, and the USTA Foundation. Most scholarship deadlines are in April. There are also grants available for schools that qualify.
